I did Keto for a long time…back before Keto was cool and everyone was talking about it and long before there were tons of Keto friendly snacks to choose from. Back then, Keto was a hard diet to maintain. A person can only eat so many pieces of cheese and bacon before you just get burnt out. Once I reached my goal weight of over 100+ pounds lost, I switched to a more portion-controlled diet that included food from all the food groups. Now that there are more options to choose from when doing Keto, I decided to give Keto a go once again.
